The people behind 7 Lazy P Outfitting are what make every wilderness trip, guest ranch stay, and backcountry adventure truly memorable. Our crew is made up of experienced guides, packers, wranglers, cooks, ranchers, and horsemen who share a deep respect for Montana’s wilderness traditions and way of life.

Many members of the 7 Lazy P team grew up ranching, riding, packing, hunting, and working in the mountains of Montana. Others first discovered the Bob Marshall Wilderness as guests before becoming part of the crew themselves. Together, we are committed to helping guests safely experience the beauty, adventure, and traditions of the backcountry.

From caring for our horses and mules to preparing meals in camp and guiding guests through the wilderness, every member of the team plays an important role in creating an authentic Montana outfitting experience.

Dedicated to Authentic Montana Wilderness Experiences

At 7 Lazy P Outfitting, we believe the experience is about more than just the destination. The relationships built around campfires, the stories shared on the trail, and the teamwork between crew, guests, and stock are all part of what makes time in the Bob Marshall Wilderness so special.

We are proud of the people who help make the 7 Lazy P experience possible and look forward to sharing Montana’s backcountry with every guest who joins us.
